NABO LAUNCHES ONLINE SURVEY ON BW CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS

NABO is giving customers a chance to rate BW's new standards for priority and current performance. Results will be collected region by region, and depending on the uptake of the survey, may be repeated
after they have been implemented to gauge performance improvement.

Comments on the standards themselves are welcome too and suggestions for any standards you think should be added.
